Refund Policy

Together with Sol offers optional one-time contributions to support the development of the app. We want every purchase to feel worthwhile. This policy describes your options if it does not.

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment, for any reason. No explanation required.

How to request a refund

Email togetherwithsolapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include your payment receipt or the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

After the refund window

Requests made after 14 days are reviewed individually. If something went wrong on our end, we will make it right. Reach out and we will do our best to help.

Payment processor

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the merchant of record. Your receipt will show Paddle as the seller. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
