These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Together with Sol ("Sol", "we", "our", "us"), a web application available at togetherwithsol.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Sol is a wellness companion app designed to support partners and caregivers of people living with PTSD. Sol provides tools for journaling, breathing exercises, psychoeducation, and peer community connection.
Sol is not a medical device, clinical service, or substitute for professional mental health care. Nothing within the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a licensed professional in your area.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Sol. By accessing the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not transfer your account to another person or use it on their behalf. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to use Sol to post, share, or transmit content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful to other users. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards and to suspend or terminate accounts where violations occur, with or without prior notice.
Sol offers a free tier. Optional one-time contributions to support the service are available. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as merchant of record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle’s terms of service. We do not store your payment information.
All content, design, copy, and code within Sol is the intellectual property of Together with Sol or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You retain full ownership of any content you create within the app (journal entries, community posts). By posting to the community, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display that content to other users for the purposes of operating the service.
Sol is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of Sol after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
